One of the tasks of a personal trainer is to track each of your clients. You can hire a personal trainer as an extra motivation, but if you do not want to spend more money you can also do a home monitoring of your own goals to motivate you.
Prepare a notebook or some cards to record your objectives. A good idea is a sticker calendar.
